Speed and Development Camp


The speed and development camp is a fun and challenging program designed to help kids improve their speed, agility, strength, and overall athleticism. The program meets twice a week and includes a variety of drills and exercises that focus on developing key physical skills such as sprinting, jumping, cutting, and accelerating. 

Each session includes a warm-up to prepare the body for exercise, followed by a series of drills and exercises designed to improve specific physical skills. Kids will learn proper form and technique for each exercise and will progress to more challenging drills as they gain strength and skill. 

The program includes a mix of sprint drills, agility drills, plyometric drills, and strength training drills that use bodyweight exercises, making it accessible to kids of all skill levels and fitness backgrounds. The program is led by experienced coaches who will provide individual attention and feedback to help kids improve their performance and reach their full potential.

The speed and development camp is a great opportunity for kids to learn new skills, build confidence, and have fun while getting in shape. We encourage parents to sign up their kids and give them the gift of a healthy and active lifestyle!
