Are you ready to take athleticism to the next level?  Look no further!  Our speed and agility clinic isn't focused on any particular sport and is designed for kids aged 9-13 to help them unlock their full potential on the field or court.  Led by experienced coaches, this program is designed to enhance speed, agility and overall athletic performance in a fun and supportive environment.  The program meets twice a week and includes a variety of drills and exercises that focus on developing skills such as sprinting, jumping, cutting, and accelerating.

Each session includes a warm-up to prepare the body for exercise, followed by a series of drills and exercises designed to improve specific physical skills. Kids will learn proper form and technique for each exercise and will progress to more challenging drills as they gain strength and skill.  The program includes a mix of sprint drills, agility drills, plyometric drills, and strength training drills that use bodyweight exercises, making it accessible to kids of all skill levels and fitness backgrounds. The program is led by experienced coaches who will provide individual attention and feedback to help kids improve their performance and reach their full potential.
